Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-30

⚠ Placeholder text — must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

This policy explains what personal data BIZENIUS collects through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, enquirers, newsletter subscribers and programme participants. The data controller is BIZENIUS Business Solutions FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for individuals in the relevant regions, the EU/UK GDPR and comparable laws.

What we collect

Enquiry and download forms collect the details you enter (name, company, job title, country, work email, phone, message), plus the page you were on and your language preference. Server logs and our security tooling process IP addresses. Site-usage analytics are collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation — in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland only after your cookie consent; elsewhere on the basis of a displayed notice, and you can switch analytics off at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Why we process it (legal bases)

We respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), send marketing only where you have opted in (consent), analyse site usage after cookie consent where consent is required and on the basis of legitimate interest with a displayed notice elsewhere, and identify visiting companies — not individuals — for B2B follow-up (legitimate interest).

Where it goes

Leads are stored in our own database hosted in the EU (Cloudflare D1) and emailed to our team. We do not sell personal data. The processors we use are Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Microsoft 365 (team mailboxes) and Telegram (instant team alerts for the website chat). Chat transcripts are retained for 90 days, then deleted.

Course and engagement feedback

After a training course or advisory engagement we may invite participants to complete a short feedback form. Ratings and comments go only to the BIZENIUS team: they are stored in the same EU-hosted database, used to review and improve our programmes, and kept as internal business records. Providing your contact details on the form is entirely up to you. Where you have given permission — or as set out in our Terms & Conditions — we may quote feedback comments as testimonials, attributed at most by first name, last initial and programme; write to [email protected] at any time to withdraw a testimonial. Live quiz participation (display name, answers, scores) is likewise an internal record used for session engagement; where you request your results by email, the address you enter is used once for that delivery.

If a colleague recommended you

Participants may share the name, work email and organisation of a colleague they believe would benefit from our programmes. If we received your details this way, we will tell you who recommended you in our first message, use your details only to make that introduction, and stop contacting you immediately on request — write to [email protected] or use any unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable business-relationship period thereafter. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time — write to [email protected]. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.
