Terms & Conditions

⚠ Placeholder text — must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bizenius.com website and, unless varied by a written agreement, your registration for and participation in BIZENIUS programmes and events. The website and the BIZENIUS brand are operated by BIZENIUS Business Solutions FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("BIZENIUS", "we", "us"). By using this site or registering for a programme you accept these terms. Engagement-specific agreements (training, advisory, technology services) signed in writing take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Use of this site

Content is provided for general information about our services and is free to browse. You may not bulk-extract, republish, resell or misrepresent site content, use it to build competing materials or datasets, or attempt to probe, overload or disrupt the site. Ordinary indexing of public pages by search engines and AI assistants is permitted. Linking to bizenius.com is welcome provided the link does not imply endorsement or misattribute our content.

No professional advice

Website content, downloadable resources and responses from our website assistant are general commentary provided for information only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, and no warranty is given as to their accuracy, timeliness or completeness. Obtain advice for your specific situation — and engage us formally — before relying on anything here for a business decision.

Intellectual property

The BIZENIUS name and marks — including The Capability Arc™, the Mandate Record and BIZENIUS Accord — and all site content, programme materials, outlines and brochures belong to BIZENIUS or its licensors. They are provided for your evaluation and personal professional use only and may not be reproduced, shared or reused without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in a claim for damages and/or other legal action. Trademarks of third parties appearing on the site are acknowledged as belonging to their owners.

Enquiries and registrations

Submitting an enquiry through this site creates no contract. A registration becomes binding when BIZENIUS confirms it in writing. Published seats, dates, venues, faculty and fees are indicative until confirmed and may change; where circumstances beyond our control so require, BIZENIUS may substitute speakers or faculty, or alter content, format or venue of a programme without liability, while preserving the programme’s overall standard.

Fees and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due within five (5) business days of the invoice date and in any event before the programme begins. BIZENIUS may refuse admission where payment has not been received. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies and bank charges, which are payable by the client. Early-bird, team and other promotional discounts apply only where payment is received by the stated cut-off date and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Cancellation, substitution and postponement

A registered participant may be substituted by a colleague at any time at no charge, on written notice to us before the programme starts. Cancellations received in writing thirty (30) days or more before the first day of the programme or engagement receive a credit note for 90% of the fee (a 10% administration charge applies), valid for any BIZENIUS programme for twelve (12) months. No credit is issued for cancellations received less than thirty (30) days before the first day, or for non-attendance. Registration creates a binding payment obligation: where an invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation or non-attendance, it remains due and payable in full under all circumstances, and any credit note to which the client is entitled is issued only after the invoice has been settled. If BIZENIUS cancels a programme, registered clients receive a 100% credit note valid for twelve (12) months; if BIZENIUS postpones and the participant cannot attend the new date, a 100% credit note valid for twelve (12) months is issued. Fees are settled by credit note only; cash refunds are not provided. BIZENIUS’s total liability in connection with any cancellation, substitution, alteration or postponement is limited to the fee actually received for the affected registration.

Virtual and in-person delivery

Access details for virtual sessions are personal to the registered participant and may not be shared. Recording, downloading or redistributing any session, in whole or in part, is prohibited without our prior written permission. For in-person events, participants are expected to observe the venue’s rules; BIZENIUS is not responsible for participants’ travel, accommodation or related costs, including where a programme is altered or postponed — we recommend booking flexible arrangements.

Interactive tools, quizzes and feedback

Live quizzes, feedback forms and similar tools are provided for engagement and learning. Scores and responses are internal business records and confer no rights or certification unless expressly stated. Display names must be professional; BIZENIUS may remove any participant or entry that is offensive or disruptive. By submitting feedback you agree that BIZENIUS may quote non-confidential comments as testimonials in its materials — anonymously, or attributed at most by first name and last initial where you have ticked the testimonial permission box. You may withdraw a testimonial at any time by writing to [email protected].

Recommending colleagues

Where you share a colleague’s contact details with us — for example in a feedback form — you confirm that you have a professional relationship with them and a reasonable basis to believe they would welcome hearing from us. We will identify you as the source of the introduction unless you ask us not to, and we will honour any request from them not to be contacted again.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, BIZENIUS provides the website and its content "as is"; we are not liable for losses arising from use of this site, reliance on its content, or events beyond our reasonable control, and in respect of any programme or service our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees actually paid to us for that programme or service. In no event is BIZENIUS liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BIZENIUS against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or its tools, or content you submit unlawfully.

Force majeure

BIZENIUS is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, labour disputes, extreme weather, utility or network failures, or acts of any government or authority that render performance impracticable, illegal or impossible.

Third-party links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. BIZENIUS has no responsibility for the content or practices of linked sites.

Changes to these terms

BIZENIUS may update these terms and the information on this website at any time without notice. The version published at the time of your registration governs that registration. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.

General

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any written engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between you and BIZENIUS regarding the website and programme registrations.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, save that BIZENIUS may at its election bring proceedings in the jurisdiction where you or your organisation is located.
