The industrial threat landscape remains largely unknown — data collection in industrial networks is thin, and there is a critical shortage of experienced ICS cybersecurity professionals to analyse what data exists. Meanwhile smart manufacturing and digital supply networks have made cyber an operational risk that must be secure, vigilant, resilient and integrated into strategy from the start. This training works through the newest and most challenging cybersecurity risks to control systems and the most effective defences against them. The cohort covers ICS components, deployments, drivers and constraints; the standards and regulations that govern them; hands-on control-system attack surfaces, methods and tools; defence architectures; hardening; and incident response inside a control-system environment.

Frequently asked
What does the industrial cybersecurity masterclass cover?
It works through the newest and most challenging cybersecurity risks to control systems and the most effective defences against them: ICS components, deployments, drivers and constraints; the standards and regulations that govern them; hands-on control-system attack surfaces, methods and tools; defence architectures; hardening; and incident response inside a control-system environment.
Is this training suitable for IT security professionals moving into OT?
Yes — that transition is one of the audiences the programme is built for, alongside ICS and OT security engineers and analysts, control-system and automation engineers, and managers accountable for plant and process security. A recurring theme is that conventional IT playbooks do not transfer to control-system environments, particularly in incident response.
Is the masterclass available in-house and in French?
Yes. BIZENIUS delivers it in English and French, and an in-house edition can be tailored to your industrial environment, control-system estate and sector. Sessions run on a rolling calendar with dates confirmed on request; fees and quotations are provided on enquiry.
