Women in Leadership Excellence Masterclass

Individual insight, coaching and strategy for women professionals moving into senior leadership — from building influence and reputation to top-team performance and the board.

The programme

Women leaders are breaking barriers and driving innovation — but the route into senior leadership still demands strategies, influence and confidence that few organisations develop deliberately. This masterclass provides exactly that: a unique environment giving each participant individual insight, coaching, strategies and the leadership skills to reach better decisions and results for their company. The programme confronts the nature and challenges of the leadership role — including why leaders fail — and works through creating a winning vision and strategic plans, leading through change and complex challenges, and enhancing the performance of the top team. Each participant’s strategic capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills are assessed and strengthened individually, with governance and the board treated as part of the job.

What you will do

Develop your skills as a strategic woman leader, with individual insight and coaching throughout.
Confront why leaders fail — self-awareness and mutual awareness at CEO, MD and Chairman level, including the dark side.
Create a winning vision and strategic plans for your organisation, and gauge its readiness for the future.
Build influence and reputation deliberately, learning from your own brand.
Lead through change and complex challenges, enhancing the performance of the top team.
Engage stakeholders and the board, reconciling tensions between the corporate centre and operating businesses.

Who attends

  • High-potential executive directors being prepared for the CEO role
  • Newly appointed and experienced CEOs, MDs, chairmen, GMs and board directors
  • Chairmen and board directors who wish to relate better to the executive
  • Mid-level leaders aspiring to lead large, complex programmes

Cohorts bring together board members, executives and the rising leaders behind them — kept deliberately small, so every seat is a peer’s.

Frequently asked

How are these different from generic leadership courses?

The faculty. BIZENIUS programmes are taught by senior practitioners who have run institutions and carried the consequences — never career presenters. Casework is built on real operating problems, and participants leave with decisions and plans they have already defended in front of the cohort.

Do the programmes cover change and transformation leadership?

Yes — change leadership, strategic leadership, cross-functional management and executive-level programmes all sit in this curriculum. Participants leave able to sequence a change programme with named owners, set the stop-rules that keep it honest, and hold performance conversations that move people rather than paperwork.

What experience level is expected of participants?

The curriculum spans newly appointed managers through to C-suite executives; each programme page names the roles it is built for and the experience bar. BIZENIUS has trained more than 10,000 executives across 45+ countries, so cohorts bring genuine peer weight to the room.

Why are fees not listed on the page?

Because the fee depends on format, location and tailoring, BIZENIUS confirms it in the proposal rather than on a public list. Request the brochure and the reply — from a senior practitioner within one business day — includes the fee for your case.
