What we doCustom Solutions

Mandates that fit no catalogue.

Some mandates refuse the tidy categories: a supervisory deadline, a team that isn’t ready for it, and a system that can’t support either. Sold separately, three vendors would each fix a third of the problem. Custom Solutions is how BIZENIUS takes the whole mandate — counsel, academies and engineering assembled into one engagement, designed from a blank page around your outcome, with one team accountable for all of it.

What these look like

Built for one client. Never resold.

Three recent mandates — each assembled from the same bench of advisors, faculty and engineers.

Risk Academy + ICAAP rebuild

A fast-growing Gulf lender needed a supervisory-grade ICAAP and a risk function able to own it. We rebuilt the framework while a twelve-month academy trained the team that now runs it — one engagement, one accountable partner.

National service transformation with skills transfer

A ministry modernising citizen services paired process redesign and automation with structured skills transfer — so the capability stayed in the civil service when the engagement ended.

Post-merger capability integration

Two merging banks, two risk frameworks, one supervisor watching. We designed the combined framework, retrained both teams to a single standard and unified the reporting stack behind it.

How we work

Listen. Design. Assemble. Deliver as one.

Listen

The mandate in your words — outcome, constraint, deadline — before any scoping template.

Design from a blank page

No repackaged programme: the engagement is drawn around your outcome, not our org chart.

Assemble the arc

The advisors, faculty and engineers the mandate requires — drawn from one bench.

Deliver as one

One team, one plan, one accountable partner — until the outcome is evidenced.

Who shapes it

Custom mandates are shaped directly by our senior bench — the practitioners who lead our advisory, faculty and engineering practices sit in the first conversation, not after the contract is signed. If we cannot staff it from that bench, we say so — and we decline the mandate.

Asked before briefing

How a mandate takes shape.

What does the first conversation look like?

You describe the outcome, the constraint and the deadline — in your words, not a scoping template. The people listening are the senior practitioners who would shape the engagement. It is confidential by default, under NDA on request, and it ends with an honest answer: whether the mandate is ours to take.

How is a custom mandate priced?

Against the engagement design, once it exists — never off the enquiry form. Because each mandate is drawn from a blank page, the design conversation comes first; the proposal that follows carries a fixed perimeter and a fixed fee, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Who is accountable when three disciplines are involved?

One partner. The senior practitioner who shaped the mandate leads it end to end — the advisors, faculty and engineers involved answer to that one name, and that name answers to you. No vendor triangle, no gaps between workstreams for problems to live in.

Do you take every mandate that is briefed?

No. If we cannot staff a mandate from our senior bench, we decline it — and we say so at the first conversation, not after months of discovery. The mandates we do take get the bench, not a substitute.

The ask

Brief us on the mandate.

Describe the outcome you need — the supervisory deadline, the team that isn’t ready, the system that can’t support either. The brief goes directly to the senior bench, and you hear back within two working days with an honest answer on whether it is ours to take.

Confidential by default; under NDA on request.
