How to check an email is really from BIZENIUS.
We work with banks, regulators, insurers and energy groups — organisations where an unexpected sender is a legitimate concern, and where checking is the correct instinct. This page lists every domain we send email from, so you can confirm in seconds that a message is ours.
Official domains
The domains we send email from.
Most of these redirect to bizenius.com if you type them into a browser, so you can check one in seconds from your address bar. The exception is noted in the table: a domain we use only for email serves no website, and a connection error there is expected rather than a sign of anything wrong.

We have no other sending domains. A message from any domain not on this list is not from BIZENIUS, however closely it resembles our name.
Checking a message
Four checks, thirty seconds.

Read the address, not the name.
A display name can say anything at all — it is typed by the sender. What matters is the part after the @ in the actual address. Open the message details if your mail client hides it.

Match the domain character for character.
Fraudulent lookalikes work by small differences: an inserted hyphen, a swapped or doubled letter, a different ending such as .net or .co. Compare against the table above rather than trusting a glance.

Reach us by typing, not by clicking.
If a message gives you any pause, do not use the links or contact details inside it. Type bizenius.com into your browser yourself, or use a number you already hold from a signed proposal or a previous invoice.

Ask your IT team to verify the signature.
Every BIZENIUS domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so receiving mail servers can confirm our messages are genuine and reject forgeries. Your security team can check this independently, without asking us.
Payments
Invoices and payment instructions.
Every genuine email from BIZENIUS comes from one of the domains listed above. If any message about payment reaches you from a domain that is not on that list — however closely it resembles ours — it is fraudulent.
If you receive an invoice you were not expecting, or that does not relate to an engagement you have agreed with us, do not pay it. Speak to us first.
We will never notify you of a change to our bank details by email alone. Treat any message that appears to change our payment instructions as fraudulent until you have confirmed it with us by voice.
